DAILY OR WEEKLY
A daily or weekly visual check done by playground operators or staff to identify obvious hazards before each use.

OPERATIONAL
QUARTERLY
Conducted quarterly with a documented checklist by a trained person to check functional and structural condition.

COMPREHENSIVE
ANNUALLY (MINIMUM)
Must be completed by a qualified and experienced auditor to ensure conformity to AS 4685. Mandatory for all operators.
